Welcome to Futbol Kolektif. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About the Platform

Futbol Kolektif is a marketplace and community platform for football collectors. Users can showcase, buy, sell, and discover football collectibles including jerseys, scarves, memorabilia, and other football-related items. The platform also provides tools for collection management, peer-to-peer messaging, and community interaction.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Futbol Kolektif.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
• We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. User-Generated Content & Listings

• You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions, etc.).
• By uploading content, you grant Futbol Kolektif a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and process your content as part of the platform's functionality.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including item descriptions, photos, conditions, and pricing.
• Listings must represent real items that you own or are authorized to sell.
• Counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented items are strictly prohibited.

4. Peer-to-Peer Transactions

Futbol Kolektif facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. All purchases, sales, offers, and negotiations are conducted directly between users.

• The platform does not guarantee the quality, authenticity, legality, or delivery of any item.
• Users are responsible for arranging payment, shipping, and resolving any disputes between themselves.
• Prices displayed on the platform are set by sellers and may be subject to negotiation.
• We strongly recommend using secure payment methods and documented shipping for all transactions.

5. Messaging & Communication

• The in-app messaging system is provided for communication related to listings, offers, and collector interactions.
• Messages must be respectful and relevant. Harassment, spam, or abusive language is prohibited.
• We may review messages for moderation, safety, or legal compliance purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Futbol Kolektif has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Violations will result in immediate content removal and account suspension.

You agree not to:

• List counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items.
• Misrepresent the condition, authenticity, or provenance of items.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Manipulate trust scores, ratings, or engagement metrics.
• Use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal purpose.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission.
• Circumvent platform features, security measures, or access controls.
• Create fake accounts or impersonate other users.

7. Intellectual Property

The Futbol Kolektif name, logo, design, and platform code are the property of Futbol Kolektif. Football club names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the platform belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

8. Moderation & Reporting

• Users can report listings, profiles, or messages that violate these Terms.
• We review reports and may take action including content removal, warnings, or account suspension.
• Moderation decisions are made at our discretion and are not subject to appeal in all cases.
• Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

9. Trust Score & Verification

The platform may assign trust scores or verification badges based on user activity, ratings, and behavior. These indicators are informational and do not constitute a guarantee of trustworthiness or authenticity. Users should exercise their own judgment in all transactions.

10. AI-Assisted Features

Futbol Kolektif may use artificial intelligence to assist with features such as item identification, description generation, value estimation, and background removal. AI-generated content is provided as-is and should not be relied upon as definitive. Users are responsible for reviewing and correcting any AI-assisted content before publishing.

11. Limitation of Liability

Futbol Kolektif is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from transactions between users.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content or listings.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.

12. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.
• Upon termination, your listings, messages, and profile data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by updating the date above. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels.
